Step 2: Full Coaching Strategy Session (30–60 min)
Once you’re in, this is where the real coaching begins. We go deeper into your goals, eating patterns, schedule, lifestyle, recovery, obstacles, and starting-point data so your nutrition strategy can actually be built around you.
Step 3: Weekly Coaching + Periodized Adjustment
From there, you move into your coaching block with weekly email check-ins, weekly feedback, structured review points, coaching calls, and strategic adjustments over time.
