Day 3: Hold the Fire

Props: Resistance Band

The resistance band enters The Core Shift on Day 3—and the game changes. Beginning with seated banded leg lifts, then moving supine for banded straddle crunches, single leg splits, and bicycles, you'll experience continuous tension that demands constant engagement.

The band never lets up. Neither do you. This is where mental toughness training meets physical challenge—when every fiber of your core is firing, your breath becomes your only anchor.

Today's mantra: "The burn is the breakthrough."
