Day 6: Block Your Limits

Props: Resistance Band + Block

Day 6 of The Core Shift brings maximum complexity—both props at once. Band above the knees pressing out, block between your feet or behind your head, your brain manages two challenges while your core handles the load.

This is integration day. Everything you've built—breath control, form discipline, mental focus—converges into supine work that demands total engagement. When it feels like too much, you'll discover you're capable of more.
