Day 4: Endurance is Energy

Props: Block

Day 4 of The Core Shift introduces the block—and with it, a new dimension of cognitive load. Opening with boat pose holding the block between your feet, then moving into supine block work with compression lifts and passes, you'll train your brain and body simultaneously.

The block wants to slip. Your legs want to relax. Your mind wants to quit. This is where endurance becomes energy—when you discover that pushing through creates power, not depletion.

Today's mantra: "I will not be stopped."
