Am I doing this right? Although there’s no such thing as a right or wrong way to do a pose, there are different ways of approaching postures depending on your goals, strengths, and weaknesses, that can transform your practice. We don’t always have time in group classes to break down and refine postures for each individual in the room. In this one-hour workshop we will do just that! Expect lots of one-on-one assistance to explore modifications to make postures more challenging and/or more accessible.

This workshop is great for beginners wanting to learn postures and also for experienced practitioners who want to move into their practice with more insight and awareness .

Want to learn how to do a handstand with confidence and grace? Handstand is all about conquering your fears. Join us for a 60 minute workshop Saturday April 27th 12:00pm (West Location). Learn how to step out of your own way and step forward into your own power and courage. We will look at a wide variety of ways of approaching handstand and how to fall-out of a handstand safely.

This workshop is designed for everyone! Never attempted a handstand? Practice handstands regularly but want to learn how to clean it up and take it to next level? If the answer is yes to either of these questions, this workshop is for you! You will walk away knowing the fundamentals of handstand, how to take it to the next level, replace fear with understanding, and learn techniques to get you standing on your hands. Space is limited and registration in advance is required $25 per person.

No experience with yoga or stand up paddle board required.  Expect to have a blast and step out of your comfort zone.  You won't want to miss this unique experience out on the water.  Classes will be held  at Santa Fe Lake. Please arrive 15 minutes before the class starts to get checked in and grab a board.  $25 per person, includes the paddle board rental, 1-hour SUP Yoga class, and parking.
