Join Hot Asana Yoga Studio for a FREE Yoga Foundations Workshop (90 minutes) September 22nd 1:00 pm (East Location). This workshop, taught by the 2019 Hot Asana Yoga Teacher Training class, will focus on breaking down postures, going over finer alignment points and sharing modifications. Get ready for the teachers to drop knowledge on fundamental yoga postures and show everything they have learned over the course of the training.

No prior experience required. Arrive 15 minutes before the workshop starts, no registration necessary. Mats and towels can be rented at the studio for $2 each.
