Hey Hot Asana Yogis!  We are super excited to announce that we will be offering you an opportunity to take your practice outside of the studio and work on some of the postures and transitions we practice at the studio all the time from the comfort of your own home.  We will be posting a New tutorial video every Tuesday to help to support you in your practice.    If you like the video and want us to keep making more, hit the like, and share the love.
