Join us for a Warm Restorative Yoga practice + Wine + Chocolate. This 1-hour Restorative Yoga Practice at our West Location.  Wine and Chocolates will be provided for before and after the practice.  This practice is deeply relaxing and emphasizes long holds throughout the use of props.  This is not your typical Hot Asana practice, expect to relax and get blissed out.  This Restorative Practice is designed to restore and revitalize your mind and body.
