Want to start a yoga practice, but not sure where to start?  Want to learn the finer alignment points in postures and slow it down to focus on something new each week?  Join us for our Cool Fundamentals Beginner Series. This 4 week series teaches new students the fundamentals of yoga and provides a safe and engaging learning environment.  Students will learn yogic breathing, yoga postures, and build strength and flexibility.  The beginner series is taught in a sequential manner to help students build upon what they learned the previous week.  If you miss a week, its no big deal.   This is not a heated series and will be held in our NEW COOL STUDIO.  Each class is 60 minutes.  $10 per class. First 2 Classes Free for students that are New to the studio.

Week 1: August 5th 12:00-1:00pm (Breath and Sun Salutations)

Week 2: August 12th 12:00-1:00pm (Standing Postures)

Week 3: August 19th 12:00-1:00pm (Seated and Supine Postures)

Week 4: August 26th 12:00-1:00pm (Twists and Backbends)
