Want to start a yoga practice, but not sure where to start?  Want to learn the finer alignment points in postures and slow it down to focus on something new each week?  Join us for a Cool Fundamentals Beginner Series. This 4 week series teaches new students the fundamentals of yoga and provides a safe and engaging learning environment.  students will learn yogic breathing, yoga postures, and build strength and flexibility.  The beginner series is taught in a sequential manner to help students build upon what they learned the previous week.  This is not a heated series and will be held in our NEW COOL STUDIO. Pay in advance to secure your spot, the cost for the entire series is $40.  Click here to pay on our website to secure your spot.
