Looking for a slower, non-heated class that focuses on the fundamentals? COOL Fundamentals focuses on the foundational postures in a yoga practice. Yoga postures are broken down to look closer at the finer alignment points. This 60 minute class is less of a flow class and more of a hold class and will be held in our NEW COOL Studio Designed to build strength, flexibility, and improve body awareness.
