Bring the whole family and join us for 45 minutes of yoga fun and games!  We'll use our creativity for a totally interactice time together.  This class is open to all ages- the young or just the young at heart.  We ask that kids under 10 are accompanied by an adult.  An adult will have to sign a waiver for anyone under 18 throught our website or in the studio.  Class will not be hot.
