Join is for a complementary class to help kick off the NEW COOL studio!!! This 30 minute class focuses on strength, flexibility, and endurance.  Push yourself past your limit and learn how to use the breath to take it one step further.  We will utilize our body weight, blocks, socks, and the wall to develop serious strength.  The movements in this class are designed for all levels, this is not a heated class and will be in our NEW Cool Studio.
