LEVEL 1

This 60 minute class is designed for students that are new to yoga, need a refresher, or want to focus on the foundations.  You will cultivate strength and flexibility while learning the alignment of basic postures and breath awareness.  This class is free the first 2 times you attend.  We recommend this as your first class at Hot Asana Yoga Studio.

LEVEL 1-2 This 60 minute class builds on strength, flexibility, and awareness learned in level 1 classes.  Postures are linked together fluidly with breath.  This class is designed to prepare you for the powerful fluid flow taught in Level 2 classes.  In this class students can expect to step out of their comfort zone into a fun, fluid, flow, with great music.

ALL levels wall  This 60 minute class utilizes the wall to allow students to test their limits and use the wall to find length in postures and to work on inversions.  This class is designed for all levels of  practitioners who are interested in using the wall as a prop in standing postures and inversions.
