COOL continuous flow This class is an all Levels flow class designed to build strength and flexibility.  Breath and movement are combined to create a fun fluid flow.  Expect to move and generate internal heat.  This is not a heated class expect temps between 76-80 degrees.

Hot yoga express

This ALL LEVELS 45 minute  class is designed for students that are up for a challenge yoga and want cultivate strength and flexibility. Options will be given for everyone in the room.  Expect to sweat the studio is 98 degrees.
